[one-users] How to limit nic rate for KVM

Hi, all


Is there any way to limit the rate of a virtual nic in KVM environment?


I found Feature#665(http://dev.opennebula.org/issues/665) was filed for Xen. But cannot find this feature in libvirt domain xml.
