[one-users] vm system shutdown but sometimes restart automatically

In virt-manager, when I ¡°shutdown -h now¡± the system sometimes restart
automatically. and the windows2008 vm has the same problem.

host system rhel6.1

virt-manager-0.8.6-4.el6.noarch
