I had the same problem before and have reported it. It's a problem with paths, on the file /opt/opennebula/var/remotes/tm/shared/clone and /opt/opennebula/var/remotes/tm/shared/ln I have made the following: 

- comment this line: 
#SRC_PATH="../../${SRC_PATH##"$DS_DIR/"}" 


- add the following lines (replace your correct paths): 
DATASTORE_FOLDER = "/opt/opennebula/var/datastores" 

if [ -z "${DATASTORE_FOLDER}" ]; then 
SRC_PATH="/opt/opennebula/var/datastores/${SRC_PATH##"$DS_DIR/"}" 
else 
SRC_PATH="$DATASTORE_FOLDER/${SRC_PATH##"$DS_DIR/"}" 
fi 

if [[ "$SRC_PATH" == *//* ]]; then 
SRC_PATH="${SRC_PATH##"$DS_DIR/"}" 
fi
