[one-users] No Bootable device

Hi all, 
I installed opennebula 3.6 on ubuntu 12.4 TLS with one frontend and 2 hosts. 
When i try to launch new VMs they pass to running state. I can connect to these machines using vnc (using sunstone interface). 
In the vnc opend interface there is an attempt to boot but an error message is shown: 

No bootable device. 

PS: I can run the vm.img locally using the command : 
kvm -m 512 image.img 

Could it be a problem related to contextualization ? 
Any suggestion is welcome.
