[one-users] Question

Hello everybody,

Today, a question crossed my mind...I'd be pleased if someone can help me
with that...

I am wondering how OpenNebula treats a VM request when there is not enough
resources?

For example, If there are 4 cores and 4VMs already occupied those cores
along with the memory.
In this situation, if a new VM request arrives, then what will be the
OpenNebula reaction? Will the request be rejected or queued?

Unfortunately, I am not in situation to test that myself.
