Dears,

after almost one month nothing changes...

2012/5/28 cloud.b.lab <cloud.b.lab at zoho.com>

It isn't possible to use VNC if I'm not able to ping, nmap or ssh the image.

No, it isn't ... running image through virtualbox, I'm able to ping, nmap
and ssh the image.

Firewall has no rules:
$ sudo iptables -L
Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination

Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination

But, now, it's clear that the problem is with our image. When configure and
run ttyimage, all works fine. Nevertheless, we use our image on ON 2.1 and
it works fine. It's all customized image, with all applications installed
and running. We simple do not have any creative ideas to solve the problem
... we try everything possible, and we can not connect image.

any further suggestions?

thanks a lot,

Erico.
