[one-users] one-ovz-driver -- New contribution to OpenNebula ecosystem

Hi everyone,

We have a new contribution to the OpenNebula ecosystem: one-ovz-driver, 
a driver that adds support for OpenVZ as a hypervisor in OpenNebula.
