If you want an specific version of a xen kernel you can compile it
yourself. Remember that new kernel versions come with xen code and
doesn't need to be patched, just enable xen when compiling. If you
don't need an specific version maybe you can use this one:

xv is a paravirtualized version of hda or sda. A faster bus.

That is the second partition from the first disk disk you are attaching.
