[one-users] OpenNebula and Autoscaling

Hi,

Opennebula provides different ways to automatically control the cloud
resources. Specifically, Opennebula 3.4 provides at least 3 different APIs
using which one can control and monitor cloud resources. The different APIs
are:
1. XML RPC API.
2. OCCI API.
3. Opennebula Cloud Java/Ruby API ( they are actually wrappers over the XML
RPC API).
