[one-users] Created an ubuntu vm ,but can't login by ssh

hello all,
I have installed opennebula front-end & hosts, and deployed ttylinux. 
ttylinux works fine.
I also made a ubuntu12.04 server vm, and deploy it by official guide.
It shows running but I cant ssh nor ping it.
Any idea or advise?

PS:I download vmcontext script and configure step by step.
My one file:
NAME=ubuntu12.04-server
CPU=0.5
MEMORY=1024
DISK=[IMAGE_ID=10]
NIC=[NETWORK_ID=1]
FEATHERS=[ACPI="no"]
