[one-users] error on sunstone dashboard

Hello, 
Since my recent upgrade to 3.6, when I login to sunstone gui I see the following error displayed: 
Error connecting to server (Connection refused - connect(2)). Server: localhost:9292 

Everything seems to work fine. I don't see any reference to port 9292 in the config files and am not sure what service should be listening there. 

Is there a service that I have to start up?
