[one-users] sunstone error

I'm trying to get sunstone working. I had it running, and I'm not sure
what happened to break it it.

When I run sunstone-server start, I get the following:

Stale .lock detected. Erasing it.
Error executing /usr/lib/one/sunstone/sunstone-server.rb, please check
the log /var/log/one/sunstone.log

the log has:

I found some references to the gems/bin path not being in the PATH, so I
added that, but it still errors.

I'm not sure where to continue looking. Any thoughts?
