[one-users] ONE3.2: create dummy host

Hi,

Check that each mad is uncommented in /etc/one/oned.conf.
If they are, then take a look at the first lines of /var/log/one/oned.log,
you should have a list of MADs loading. You might find an explanatory error
message there.
