[one-users] LDAP Authentication - default driver unavailable

I am trying to configure LDAP authentication in OpenNebula 3.2.1. I have followed steps mentioned in the documentation - http://opennebula.org/documentation:rel3.2:ldap . I have created a symlink which points default directory to ldap directory as mentioned in the documentation.  However I am getting following error in the logs:

The AUTH_MAD is configured as follows:

Any help on what might be the problem here? Please let me know if I should post any additional details.
