[one-users] Unable to start opennebula (RESEND)

I made another round, wiping out the hd and made a new installation according to the guide.  I use new IP address, 192.168.0.11

http://192.168.0.11:9869
is correct.  But I couldn't browse the demo

Another thing I don't resolve.   After rebooting the server the VM is gone

$ sudo virsh -c qemu:///system list
  ID   Name      State
-------------------------------------------

Nothing there?
