I made another round still failed, unable to browse on PC of the same network.

Host - Ubuntu 12.04 serverm 64bit without GUI

# virsh list

1   frontend     running


On PC on same network:-

$ ssh -X oneadmin at 192.168.0.11
oneadmin at 192.168.0.11's password: <opennebula>
X11 forwarding request failed on channel 0
Last login: Thu May 17 14:59:27 2012 from tino-dev-vm

[oneadmin at ONE341 ~]$ ls
images  templates  tmp

The VM is there.
