[one-users] Change datastore location

This means that is not possible to create a datastore in a different 
place than the default one? However, if I instantiate an image stored 
there, OpenNebula fails because it expects to find it in the customized 
location:

e8aa02fe4e65531ae8cf8aad7d888de6 is actually in $ONE_LOCATION/var since 
I can't store images in a different place.
