[one-users] Opennebula 3.6.0 on Ubuntu 12.04 - scons Error

Hi everybody,
I'm Karim, PhD student in computer sciences, i'm trying to install Opennebula 3.6.0 on Ubuntu 12.04.
I have an error executing command $scons.
I tried substituting the file located in source code share/scons/get_xmlrpc_config by the file : https://github.com/OpenNebula/one/blob/master/share/scons/get_xmlrpc_config
but this does not solve the problem,
Attached you find the directory .xmlrpc_test as it contains the log.

Error searching for xmlrpc-c libraries. Please check this things: 
* You have installed development libraries for xmlrpc-c. One way to check 
this is calling xmlrpc-c-config that is provided with the development 
package. 
* Check that the version of xmlrpc-c is at least 1.06. You can do this also 
calling: 
$ xmlrpc-c-config --version 
* If all this requirements are already met please send log files located in 
.xmlrpc_test to the mailing list.

I have installed all the required software, please let me know if someone has a solution
