[one-users] user creation failure with LDAP in ONE 34

Thanks for noticing the problem and the patch. We looking for a
solution where the dn can be also added somehow as we are thinking on
adding a multi ldap server functionality and having the dn will become
handy. I'm keeping the ticket to track the fix.
