[one-users] "internal error process exited while connecting to monitor" ?

Hello,
whenever in my template I add the VNC feature with:

GRAPHICS = [ TYPE = "VNC" ]


and I try to instantiate a VM from that template, i get this error and the
VM doesn't start:

is this some access-right problem ?
if i turn off the VNC, the VM boots (then, for the moment I also have
networking issues, I still don't know how to ssh into the VM).
Any suggestions?
