[one-users] connection refused while 'onehost create'

Hello,
I get this error:

$onehost create --verbose newcluster-0 --im im_kvm --vm vmm_kvm --net tm_ssh
Connection refused - connect(2)

the newcluster-0 machine is properly responding to ssh:

$ssh newcluster-0
Last login: Thu Apr 19 19:43:02 2012 from 192.168.128.1
$


I'm using:
OpenNebula 3.4.0


What should I check ?
