[one-users] Does Nebula supports High Availability?

Hi,

I've evaluated eucalyptus and was disappointed by not having the high
availability (in case of hardware failure etc) in it's current stable
release. Does Nebula's current stable release supports high availability of
instances in case any node controller goes down?
