Hi,
Could you try deploying with libvirt by hand?
$  virsh -c esx://esx/?no_verify=1 define /var/lib/one/0/deployment.0


and then


$ virsh -c esx://esx/?no_verify=1 start <domainname>


where <domainname> is the one provided in the execution of the first sentence.

and I can see the node ESXi in the console, and it shows the next message:
