[one-users] error create VM KVM

This error sounds like the modules for kvm are not loaded as it was
stated before. Most probably the mod probe command failed because your
cpu does not support virtualization extensions or is disabled in the
bios.

Check with lsmod and virsh capabilities that you really have the
modules loaded and hvm is supported:
