I suggest you talk to your network administrator on that.

We have our ONE nodes on a private 10.x.x.x network, 
so the other DHCP doesn't see the DHCPREQUESTS in first place.

Another way is that you talk to the admin of the other DHCP server, 
and negotiate that they ignore a certain MAC prefix, 
which you can define for all your VMs. 

We used dnsmasq btw, because it also handles DNS.
