[one-users] FORMAT mandatory in Virtual Machine desctription ?

states that the  FORMAT attribute is mandatory in a  DISK section, but
the OS KNOWS the format of a disk  it is going to mount, while for the
physical node and OpenNebula this information seems useless.

Could you confirm that the attribute is mandatory ?
