[one-users] allocating IP for a VM.

Hi.
Thank you for your reply.
But I don't know to do

Add entries to your DHCP server binding the MAC address OpenNebula will
generate for the VM to the corresponding fixed IP. (the MAC address will be a
configurable prefix + the IP address in hex).

Can you tell me more about it?
If i can't configure DHCP server, can i do?
