[one-users] Host monitoring directory doesn't get created on host

Using KVM driver & opennebula 1.4. Any reason why /tmp/one-im directory
would not get created on hosts?

I have two setups and both have similar oned.conf. The remote directory gets
created on one setup and not on the other. Any help is appreciated.
