This are the directories where OpenNebula will be installed. I think
Javier meant the directory where you are trying to compile OpenNebula
before installing it.

According to your log looks like that is /tmp/opennebula-2.2. Since you
are trying to run scons with the oneadmin user, are all files in
/tmp/opennebula-2.2 owned and/or have permissions for the oneadmin user?
Maybe it is just that...
