Hi,

As mentioned in the error code: did you make sure that xmlrpc-c is
installed on your machine and that all the packages listed in [1] are also
installed i.e. (libsqlite3-dev , libxmlrpc-c3-dev, scons , g++, ruby,
libopenssl-ruby, libssl-dev)?
