[one-users] can't delete host

Hi Khoa,

You just have to edit the file $ONE_LOCATION/bin/onehost. Search for the
line 
"if host['HOST_SHARE/RUNNING_VMS'].to_i != 0" 
and replace it by this one : 
"if false": 

For me $ONE_LOCATION is /srv/cloud/one
