[one-users] OVF over OCCI or OCA ?

Hi,
May be it is a bit developer list question but asking for other 
suggestions.

We need an OVF wrapper, When i looked into a sample wrapper of EMOTIVE 
(may be some of you already familar with). It was based on Java .

The Questions are

1) has any one develop a wrapper for Opennebula ( beside Claudia which 
is too big and I only want OVF wrapper)
2) What is the appropriate entry point i.e. either via OVF->OCCI or 
OVF->OCA  ?
3) if i use java wrapper code how easy it is to call it from Ruby ?
