[one-users] modifying image repo and vm dir path

Hi,

VM_DIR is just used if the $ONE_LOCATION/var is _NOT_ the same path
used in the remote nodes to i) mount $ONE_LOCATION/var (if using NFS)
or ii) doesn't match with the desired workplace in the remote nodes
(if using SSH).
