[one-users] error when installing the prerequisite s/w for opennebula

Hello,
I have ubuntu VM which i installed in in the virtualBox,
when i tried to install "libxmlrpc-c3", the following error appears:
dependency is not satisfiable:libxmlrpc-c3
did anyone have solution to this problem?
