[one-users] Problem with Livemigration

Migration is started by virsh command executed by oneadmin user in the
node that is currently running the VM. This commands needs to read the
file mentioned in the log files
(/etc/pki/libvirt/private/clientkey.pem), make sure oneadmin user is
able to read this file.
