[one-users] ONE_AUTH file not found

Hi,

When i start to run (one start) its giving the following messages ,.

"You should have ONE_AUTH set the first time you start
OpenNebula as it is used to set the credentials for
the administrator user"

I cloud not find the ONE AUTH file set the user and password ,.. pls help
