[one-users] Running Windows VMs on OpenNebula

I manage to get the window VMs running and VNC in to check on the IP address
but the IP address shown is machine generated IP starting with 169 instead
of the IP addresses which i allocated in the "Ranged" IP address on the
onevnet. would like to know how do i add the contextualization to window
VMs? Thanks
