[one-users] New ecosystem component: OpenNebula Service Management Tool

Dear users,

There has been recently a number of users that asked in the list about
some sort of service management utility, that will enable to perform
atomic operations to a set of VMs (that potentially comprises a
service) rather than just to one VM.

We are pleased to announce the availability of a new ecosystem
component, the OpenNebula Service Management Tool, that comes into
play to cover the aforementioned functionality. More information on

This component was developed as a student project by Waheed Iqbal as
part of Google Summer of Code 2010. The OpenNebula team will continue
to develop this component, building on Waheed’s excellent work over
the summer.
