[one-users] probably hooks bugs

Hi guys! I've discovered an issue about ebtables hooks. In the hooks

   $ONE_LOCATION/share/hooks/ebtables-kvm:33
   $ONE_LOCATION/share/hooks/ebtables-flush:24
   $ONE_LOCATION/share/hooks/ebtables-xen:30

the command brctl must be executed with the absolute path, otherwise
the hooks execution fails.
