[one-users] OpenNebula and ESXi

Hi,

OpenNebula needs to be installed on the Frontend, and the ESXi needs
to install on the Node01. In short, OpenNebula cannot be installed in
the same machine as the ESXi, but it can be configured to *use* one
(or, rather, several) ESXis.
