[one-users] novnc problem

hai davood,

in console the report is :

   1: myip : Plain non-SSL (ws://) WebSocket connection
   1: myip : Version hybi-08, base64: 'True'
   1: connecting to: cluster1:5936

and on browser is "Starting VNC handshake"
i waiting 30 minute but still "Starting VNC handshake"

can help me again??
