[one-users] Remove or block IP in RANGED network.

Hi,

My host machine takes up an IP in the default VLAN and unless I
specify otherwise "onevm create" tries to put a machine on that IP. Is
there a way to prevent this by blocking the IP or do I need to use a
set of fixed IPs?
