[one-users] RPM spec of 2.9.80 for OpenSUSE 11.3\11.4

Hello,

can anybody give a working RPM spec of 2.9.80 for OpenSUSE 11.3\11.4?
I try create in by myself, but it leads to three days of unsuccessful 
attempts.
