[one-users] setting variables ONE_LOCATION

ok, was my uncertainty
Yes, now I installed in systeme-wide mode.
But when I launch "one start" appeare to video a message error.
The message say to set ONE_AUTH, but I created and setted the file
one_auth following the documentation
