CPU=0 means that the VM is being executed in your first CPU. The
mem=0 means that you have not assigned memory to your machine in your
template or ONe has not read it yet (it could take some time to
monitor it).

10.81.199.131 is the IP address the host running ONe, not the VM IP
address. Execute "onevm show 66" to get the VM IP (which belongs to
your network lease).
