[one-users] No KVM driver in the git source

Hi there,

I just realized that the KVM drivers (im_kvm and vmm_kvm) have been removed from the git source. Is there a reason?  Here is the difference compared with the one2 source.

seki at test2:~$ ls gitone/src/im_mad/
dummy  ec2  eh  im_ssh  remotes  vmware
seki at test2:~$ ls one-2.0-beta1/src/im_mad/
ec2  eh  host_probes  im_ssh  kvm  vmware  xen

seki at test2:~$ ls gitone/src/vmm_mad/
dummy  ec2  eh  remotes  sh  vmware
seki at test2:~$ ls one-2.0-beta1/src/vmm_mad/
ec2  eh  kvm  vmware  xen
