Hi Tino,

I got it working. Not sure what is different from my current environment
from before but I was able to boot this vm using the same template and
mostly the same configuration.

Thanks for all your help. I am sure I will have more questions as I dive
deeper.

BTW, does the graphics parameter work for VMware? The documentation only
claims Xen and KVM.
