[one-users] example kernel, initrd and .img

Hello,

I have not tried eucalyptus images but should be compatible if they
are in raw format. Anyway, the kernel and initrd from your physical
nodes should work also for the domU. Use those to start the VM. Maybe
you will get some errors as the image does not contain the modules for
that kernel but xenblk and xennet should be in initrd anyway.
