[one-users] vm still in pending state problem

It shows that you have only 127MB free memory.  There are two
possibilities which can explain it:
- this ram is used by other VMs
- all this ram is assigned to dom0, and opennebula doesn't support
dom0 balloning.

I think second option is more possible. To solve this add
"dom0_mem=1024M" option to your xen boot options.
