On [1] page, I see "The <oneadmin> user may need to execute Xen commands using 
root privileges" but I don't under how it's linked to :

(%xen being "user in xen group")

- AFAIK, no "xen" group is created by xen Debian package
- I don't see any "xen" group creation in OpenNebula documentation (ie. 
oneadmin is in "cloud" group)

Maybe we should use "cloud" group :

%cloud    ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: /usr/sbin/xentop *

Update : I've found a "groupadd xen" in old 1.2 documentation [2] but not in 
2.0 docs.
